If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.

How to request a refund

Change of mind

As a small business, we're unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Please make sure you've read the product description carefully before ordering.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us and we'll investigate with our shipping partner.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
